Someone's gotta do it

Why we do what we do

GutMonkey has worked since its inception in 2005 to serve the bleeding disorder community and seeks to continue developing programming that empowers its participants through a combination of novel experiences and awe-inspiring settings.

As challenging as some of these skills are to develop, GutMonkey creates learning opportunities that set the bar when it comes to delivering engaging programs that motivate participants to make positive changes in their own lives. Our classrooms are often outdoors, and our modalities are always unique to the places we occupy. Sharing awe-inspiring settings and connecting people to getting outside of their comfort zones and literally getting outside is an essential part of re-booting the relationship and conversation that folks are having with themselves about their health.
